Can I apply for a NúNú loan via SMS, email, or phone call?

No, NúNú only accepts applications submitted electronically through our online platform on this website. Simply click here to get your loan now.

How much money can I get?

NúNú offers fast and safe loan options to help you out. You can apply for 12,000 ISK to 24,000 ISK, and you can reapply for more as needed, in total, you can get a loan of 480,000 ISK, or as high as your credit limit allows. The money will be transferred directly into your bank account.

Can I apply for a larger loan amount?

Our standard loan application process allows you to apply for amounts ranging from 12,000 ISK to 24,000 ISK, with the possibility to increase your credit limit up to 480,000 ISK.

If you require a larger loan amount, NúNú also offers LengriLán. This new loan option allows you to apply for loans between 100,000 ISK and 900,000 ISK. While LengriLán isn't currently available to everyone, if you’re interested, please get in touch with our customer service team, they can guide you through the LengriLán application process and answer any questions you may have.

How soon could I have the money in my account?

Will I get a loan agreement?

NúNú is a regulated lender, and we follow all legal regulations. You will receive a complete set of loan documents including your loan agreement, terms and conditions and information about European consumer loans by email before finalizing your loan.

How much will I pay in the end? / How much do I have to pay for the loan?

At NúNú, we believe in transparency. We clearly outline all loan costs and gees upfront in your loan agreement, so you know exactly what to expect, feel safe, there are no hidden fees.

For example, a 12,000 ISK loan for 22 days at a variable 11.27% interest rate would have an interest cost of 77 ISK and a loan fee of 147 ISK. This means your total repayment would be 12,224 ISK. The annual percentage rate (APR) for this loan would be 35.9%.

Is NúNú a scam company? Is it safe to use NúNú?

Using NúNú is safe and secure. We are a licensed lender (VSK 138269) registered at the Neytendastofa (Consumer Agency) and supervised by FME for compliance with Icelandic regulations (Act no. 140/2018). Do I need to apply for a loan if I log into your site?

No, you do not need to apply for a loan if you create an account with us. But after you register, you can apply for a loan anytime.

How do I repay my loan?

To repay your loan, you need to log into your NúNú account, under settings, you will find "My Loans" where you can choose which loan you want to repay by clicking "Create Claim". A claim will be sent to your online bank, which you can then pay.

Can I repay my loan early?

Yes, you can repay your loan early without any penalties.

What are my options if I'm struggling to repay my loan?

NúNú is here to support you! If you're facing difficulty repaying your loan, please contact our customer service team. They will lister your situation and explore options like payment plans to get you back on track. Remember, missing a repayment may result in late fees, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to help you out.

I haven't received the claim for the payment

Claims are created instantly on our end. However, there might be a slight delay in receiving it due to processing times on your bank's side. We recommend waiting for about an hour to see if the claim arrives in your online banking or email. If you haven't received it after an hour, feel free to contact our customer service team at 515 1919. They can investigate and ensure you receive the claim promptly.

I made a loan payment, but it's not showing paid yet. What can I do?

Don't worry! NúNú prioritizes security, and your payment is safe with us. We process payments immediately on our end. However, sometimes there may be a short delay, due to bank processing times or other external factors.

To make sure everything is up to date, we recommend waiting about an hour. If your loan still shows as due after that, feel free to contact our customer service team at 515 1919. They can check things out and make sure your payment is reflected on your account ASAP.
